Comprehensive Lesson Plan on the Basics of Surety Bonds
SIO has a comprehensive lesson plan for classrooms of construction management, architecture, and engineering colleges across the country. Contract surety bonds are an important element in construction projects of all sizes and scope – projects in which today’s students will one day take part.
The Surety Information Office (SIO) has created an interactive Flash presentation for both educators and students to help convey the key concepts and value of contract surety bonds to students. This presentation, Surety Bonds: A Guide for Students, provides a comprehensive lesson plan that can be easily incorporated into the course curriculum.
